Energy Healing - what is it?
Energy healing is a holistic practice that focuses on balancing and restoring the natural flow of energy within the body and your aura to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As Life Energy flows through all living beings, when this energy is blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to discomfort on physical, mental and emotional levels.
Healing Energies
I open the space for Healing Energies to move through and restore the natural flow of your Being. The methods and techniques shift according to what is needed for you in the moment. I am fully guided in my practice, stepping aside, allowing the session to unfold as it is meant to.
Intention and Openness
In energy work, it is essential to set an Intention and open your Heart for healing to take place.
You will receive from a session only as much as you are ready and willing to receive.
Techniques and Tools

Raising Vibrations – shifting you into a different state of Being where healing can take place

Entering into the space with Katya I began to immediately relax. She had a sensitive, intuitive way of moving about throughout the healing that allowed my body and mind to move deeper and deeper into what was really going on inside me. Katya has a way of doing or saying just the right thing for you. As a man who has traveled the world to find his home, her words of “You are held. You are home,” were the catalyst for some of the greatest healing moments that were soon to come for me as I realized the home I was searching for was inside of my own arms.
I had the most beautiful distant healing session with Katya. She has a real gift. From the moment it started I felt encased in a strong healing energy. I felt different parts of my energy field being worked on & some deep clearing taking place. I felt a beautiful intense healing energy permeating the entire time. Towards the end of the treatment, I felt her strongly at my feet which she confirmed was the case along with many other beautiful things that took place during my healing.
Today (the day after) I feel like I am at peace and have a lot of clarity.

Well, I don’t know what you just did, but all the pain is gone. Everything. Like completely! I was just lying on the grass, and I didn't fall asleep or anything, but after 30 minutes or so, the headache, the migraine, my back pain - everything was just gone. Oh, my God, I feel so much better. This is fantastic. I feel fresh, like a new person! I feel like I was born again.
