Contraction. Expansion. A natural rhythm of life.

Contraction is uncomfortable. Without clarity it can bring you doubt and pain. It’s a period of uncertainty, a sudden change of heart, a piercing strike of fear, a feeling of weakness. 

And yet, it’s a part of it all. 

You find it in the way we walk, in the way we dance. It’s essential for our growth.

Contraction feels the most uncomfortable when there is lack of trust. But if you embrace it, if you surrender and accept how you are in that moment, it will support your journey to the other side:

The Void. 

The moment in between. 

The Silence. 

The Stillness. 

The calm before the storm - before Expansion.

So next time you find yourself in a state of doubt, hurt or fear - lean in. Let it take you to the Sacred Space of Nothingness where you prepare for the next expansive leap.
